生物组织集中化包埋技术的研究与应用

摘要 目的:探讨生物组织集中化包埋技术的可行性。方法:将包埋机和冷冻台改装组合成简易的集中化包埋平台,设计一种带有弹性定位针的集中化脱水包埋盒进行集中化包埋,实现一次性注蜡批量完成组织包埋过程。结果:对于巨检取材大块组织应用集中化包埋技术制作出的蜡块与传统方法制作出的蜡块基本一致,在常规切片、HE染色及免疫组化染色质量上与传统方法无明显差别。结论:对于巨检取材大块组织应用集中化脱水包埋技术能在短时间内制作出较理想的蜡块,工作效率明显提高,且可减少差错事故的发生。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of centralized embedding of biological tissue.Method:A simple centralized embedding platform was constructed by converting the embedding machine and the freezing platform and a centralized dehydrating embedding box with elastic positioning needle was designed to complete the process of tissue embedding in batch with one-time wax injection.Result:The wax blocks made by the centralized embedding technique were basically the same as the wax blocks made by the traditional method for the large tissue taken by the giant examination.There was no significant difference between the wax blocks and the traditional method in the quality of conventional section,HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.Conclusion:The application of centralized dewatering embedding technology can produce ideal wax blocks in a short time,improve the work efficiency significantly and reduce the occurrence of errors.
