A New Integrated System for Storage and Transportation of Metal Sodium

金属钠是一种重要的化工原料,其化学性质活泼,属于遇水易燃危险品。金属钠的安全储存和运输关乎人们的生命和财产安全。传统金属钠储运过程中金属钠品质易受影响,自动化程度低,运输成本高。本论文针对传统金属钠储运过程中存在的问题,设计了一套快速实现金属钠固-液转化的储运系统,该系统安全性高、自动化程度高、运输成本低、环境污染小。

Sodium metal is an important chemical raw material.Its chemical properties are active,and it belongs to the flammable dangerous goods in contact with water.The safe storage and transportation of metal sodium is related to the safety of people’s lives and property.The quality of metal sodium is easily affected in the process of traditional storage and transportation of metal sodium,with low automation and high transportation cost.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of traditional metal sodium storage and transportation,this paper designs a set of storage and transportation system that can quickly realize the solidliquid transformation of metal sodium.The system has high security,high level of automation,low transportation cost and little environmental pollution.
