石化行业部分苛刻工况法兰用垫片和螺栓设计

摘要 垫片和螺栓的选用是影响法兰密封性能的重要因素,本文根据相关标准分析垫片和螺栓的设计原则,并结合工程应用情况,介绍超低温、高温、强腐蚀性和高压等苛刻工况垫片和螺栓的选用,为相应工况的设计提供参考,以保证工程安全稳定运行。 The selection of gaskets and bolts is an important factor affecting the sealing performance of flanges.This paper analyzes the design principles of gaskets and bolts according to relevant standards,and introduces the selection of gaskets and bolts under severe working conditions such as ultra-low temperature,high temperature,strong corrosivity and high pressure in combination with the engineering application,which provides reference for the design of corresponding working conditions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the project.
