摘要
大型LNG接收站取水系统泥沙淤积问题已经越来越受到各个LNG接收站运营单位关注。目前多数LNG接收站采用二维数学模型和三维紊流模型进行泵站前池流态及其改造措施研究,虽然能够通过计算得知各粒径的含沙量分布和底床淤积厚度、床沙级配,以此来预测池中泥沙淤积分布情况,但仍然不能从根本上解决取水海水中的泥沙在取水池中淤积问题。本文通过多座大型LNG接收站运营经验,借助FLUENT数值模拟技术和物理模型试验,模拟试验各种流态情况,设计出一套符合现实运营安全的取水泵房池自动冲淤系统,减少淤积泥沙对取水系统运行安全的影响。
The problem of sediment deposition in the water intake system of large LNG terminals has been paid more and more attention by the operating company of LNG terminals.At present,most LNG terminals adopt twodimensional mathematical models and three-dimensional turbulence models to study the flow pattern of the pump station forebay and its revamping measures.Although the distribution of sediment concentration of each particle size,the deposition thickness of bottom bed and sediment gradation of bed can be obtained through calculation,so as to predict the distribution of sediment deposition in the sump,the problem of sediment deposition in the sea water intake tank cannot be fundamentally solved.In this paper,based on the operation experience of several large LNG terminals,with the help of FLUENT numerical simulation technology and physical model test,various flow patterns are simulated and tested,and an automatic flushing system for the water intake pump house and sump is designed to reduce the impact of sediment deposition on the operation safety of the water intake system.
