摘要
随着新能源发电装机容量逐年增加,火电机组参与深度调峰辅助服务成为一个必然趋势。对某330 MW燃用贫煤机组开展了深度调峰试验,通过精细化燃烧调整,优化燃烧器投运层数、二次风风箱差压、尾部双烟道挡板开度等措施,实现了纯凝工况下27%额定负荷稳定运行的试验目标,对同类型机组参与深度调峰提供了一定的借鉴。
With the installed capacity of new energy power generation increasing year by year,it has become an inevitable trend for thermal power units to participate in the auxiliary service of deep peak-regulation. A deep peak-regulation test of a 330 MW lean-coal-fired unit is carried out. The test target of stable operation at 27%rated load under pure coagulation condition is achieved by means of fine combustion adjustment,optimization of burner operating layers,differential pressure of secondary air bellows and the opening of tail double flue baffle,which provides certain reference for similar units to participate in deep peak-regulation.
