基于二元函数最小二乘法的工业锅炉过热蒸汽焓值在线计算

Online Calculation of Superheated Steam Enthalpy of Industrial Boiler based on Binary Function Least Square Method

为了更好的计算过热蒸汽工业锅炉的热效率,本文利用最小二乘法提出了过热蒸汽区压力1.6~3.2 MPa、温度240~360℃的范围条件下计算焓值的拟合式,并通过穷举法选取数值验证拟合式。发现拟合式与真值相对误差绝对值在±0.24%之间,验证所得到的拟合值与真值间的相对误差在±0.2%以内,均处在工程接受范围内。之后采用该方法以某过热蒸汽锅炉为原始数据提取相关参数,进行热效率在线计算,并将拟合计算结果与原测试热效率对照,发现该计算方法可以应用于限定范围内的工业锅炉热效率在线计算。与原有热效率计算方法相比,该计算方法具有灵活性高、实用性强、稳定性强等优点,使热效率计算更加方便。

In order to calculate the thermal efficiency of the superheated steam industrial boiler,the paper proposes the calculated enthalpy fitting formula under the range conditions of the area pressure of 1.6 MPa~3.2 MPa and the temperature of 240~360℃,and verifies the fitting formula by selecting the exhaustive method.It is found that the absolute value of the relative error of the fitted formula and the true value is between±0.24%,and the relative error between the fitted value and the true value is within±0.2%,which is in the engineering acceptance range.This method is used to extract relevant parameters from a superheated steam boiler as the original data,and calculate the thermal efficiency online,and then the fitting calculation results are compared with the original test thermal efficiency.It is found that the calculation method can be applied to the online calculation of the thermal efficiency of industrial boilers within a limited range.Compared with the original thermal efficiency calculation method,it has the advantages of high flexibility,strong practicability and strong stability,which makes the thermal efficiency calculation more convenient.
