摘要
数字通信电缆供电技术(Power over Ethernet,PoE)目前已广泛应用于WLAN接入点、网络摄像头、门禁、报警器等网络设备的通信和供电,是智慧城市、智慧农业、智慧医疗等应用领域大规模发展的重要基础技术。但是受电流的热效应影响,导体和线缆的温度会逐渐升高。尤其是在局端时,线缆一般以捆扎的形式布设,更放大了温度升高的影响,存在不可忽视的安全隐患。本文对捆扎后线缆PoE供电时的升温情况进行了试验,对其实际发热现象进行了分析研究,并提出了一种通过安装散热片提高数字通信电缆散热能力的方案。该方案可以有效降低捆扎线缆PoE供电时的工作温度,提高实际应用场景下的安全性。
PoE(power over Ethernet)power supply technology of digital communication cable has been widely used in the communication and power supply of WLAN access points,webcams,access control,alarms and other network equipment.It is an important basic technology for the large-scale development of smart cities,smart agriculture,smart medical and other application fields.However,due to the thermal effect of current,the temperature of conductors and cables will gradually rise.Especially at the central office end,the cables are generally laid in the form of bundling,which amplifies the impact of temperature rise.There will be potential safety hazards that cannot be ignored.This paper tests and analyzes the actual heating phenomenon of bundled cables during power supply,and proposes a scheme to improve the heat dissipation capacity of digital communication cable by installing heat sink.This scheme can effectively reduce the working temperature of the bundled cable during power supply,and improve the security in practical application scenarios.
