摘要
【目的】为探讨杀虫灯和苏云金杆菌(Bt)联合使用对八角尺蠖及其后代的防控效果,探索第1代幼虫期的防治指标,为生产防治提供参考。【方法】在林间,在害虫第1代发生期联合使用杀虫灯及Bt分别对成虫及幼虫开展防治试验;通过调查林分叶片受害情况,分析防控效果,回归分析幼虫虫口密度与当年产量的关系。【结果】杀虫灯和Bt联合使用,4个试验点当代防治效果平均达84.95%;对第2代、第3代、第4代控制效果分别达79.4%、74.9%、79.5%;防治指标为株有幼虫口数23只。【结论】在八角尺蠖第1代发生期,联合使用杀虫灯和Bt防治,防治效果达80.8%以上,对害虫的第2~4代控制效果在72.7%以上。建议在生产上选择应用。
【Objective】In order to explore the control effect of traplight and Bt insecticides on Dilophoders elegans sinica prout and its offspring,and to explore the control indicators of the first generation of larvae,so as to provide reference for production control.【Method】In forests,trap lights and Bt insecticides were used to carry out the control experiments on adults and larvae respectively during the first generation of pests;the control effect was analyzed by investigating the damage to the leaves of the stand;regression is used to analyze the relationship between larval population density and annual yield.【Result】The combined use of trap lights and Bt insecticides resulted in an average contemporary control effect of 84.95%in the 4 test points;the control effects for the second third,and fourth generation were 79.4%,74.9%and 79.5%,respectively;The control index is 23 insects per plant.【Conclusion】In the occurrence period of the first generation of the Dilophoders elegans sinica Prout,the combined use of Insect lamps and Bt control,the control effect reaches over 80.8%,the control effect of the 2 nd to 4 th generation of pests is over 72.7%.It is recommended to apply in production.
