摘要
针对目前堵漏材料吸水性能小、承压能力差等问题,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)作为单体,以可溶性淀粉作为接枝材料,采用自由基水溶液法合成吸水性能好、抗盐性能强的堵漏剂HDL-1。采用正交试验对堵漏剂的组成进行优化设计,并对堵漏剂HDL-1进行各项性能测试。结果表明:实验最佳温度70℃、AA中和度80%、引发剂加量0.60%、交联剂加量0.50%、单体淀粉摩尔比7∶1,酸溶性纤维加量15%;堵漏剂HDL-1在80℃时的吸水性能最好,为268.78 g/g,在8%NaCl、0.9%CaCl_(2)和复合盐水中的吸水性能(30 h)分别为21.5、12.5和24.9 g/g,具有较好抗钠盐、钙盐能力;在160℃下经过15 d后保水率仍然高于30%,保水率高;酸溶率最高为86.85%;HDL-1在砂床中的承压最低为6 MPa,在1~3 mm裂缝中的承压强度最大为10 MPa且封堵效果很好。
Aiming at the problems of low water absorption and poor pressure-bearing capacity of current plugging materials,a plugging agent HDL-1 with good water absorption and strong salt resistance was synthesized by free radical aqueous solution method with acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and sodium allyl sulfonate( SAS)as monomers and soluble starch as graft material.The orthogonal experiment was used to study the water absorption and salt resistance of the plugging agent,and performance test to plugging agent HDL-1 was conducted. Results showed that the optimum temperature was 70 ℃,the neutralization degree of AA was 80%,the amount of initiator was 0.60%,the amount of crosslinking agent was 0.50%,the monomer starch ratio was7∶1,and the amount of acid soluble fiber was 15%. The water absorption performance of the plugging agent HDL-1 at 80 ℃ was about 268 g/g,and the water absorption performance(30 h)in 8% NaCl_(2),0.9% CaCland composite brine was 21.5,12.5 and 24.9 g/g,respectively. It had good resistance to sodium salt and calcium salt. After 15 d at 160 ℃,the water retention rate was still higher than 30%,and the water retention rate was high. The lowest bearing pressure of HDL-1 was 6 MPa. When the crack width was 1,2 and 3 mm,the maximum bearing strength of HDL-1 was 10 MPa. The acid solubility test showed that the acid solubility rate was up to 86.38%.
