基于旋转波片的偏振态检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 准确、稳定地检测光波偏振态在通信、生物医学等领域具有重要的应用价值.通过研究基于旋转波片的光波偏振态检测方法,采用1/4波片和偏振片搭建偏光调制结构对偏振光信号进行调制,运用傅里叶变换解调偏振参量的特征系数,利用复化辛普森方法进行离散数值积分,从而提高斯托克斯(Stokes)参量的计算精度.运用嵌入式和虚拟仪器技术设计偏振态检测系统,通过光学元件搭建偏振光进行检测验证.实验结果表明系统可实现偏振态的检测和偏振光波变化轨迹的追踪,其中Stokes参量检测误差为2.84%,偏振度检测误差为1.19%,偏振检测精度较高且系统稳定. Accurate and stable detection of state of polarization of light wave has important application value in communication,biomedicine and other fields.By studying the detection method of state of polarization of light wave based on rotating wave plate,the polarizing modulation structure is built by 1/4 wave plate and polarizing plate to modulate polarized light signal,the characteristic coefficient of polarization parameter is demodulated by Fourier transform,and the discrete numerical integral is carried out by complex Simpson method,so as to improve the calculation accuracy of Stokes parameter.The polarization detection system is designed by using embedded and virtual instrument technology.The optical component is used to build polarized light for detection and verification.The experiment results show that the system can realize the detection of polarization and polarization of light wave trajectory tracking,which Stokes parameter accuracy is 2.84%,the degree of polarization accuracy is 1.19%,the polarization detection precision and system stability.
