基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨卵巢癌防治策略

Exploration on Ovarian Cancer Prevention and Treatment Based on Theory of “Yang Transforming Qi, Yin Constituting The Body”

“阳化气,阴成形”理论来源于《黄帝内经》,是中医诊疗疾病的重要基础理论之一。卵巢癌作为妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一,致死率较高,严重影响了女性的身心健康,因此探索卵巢癌的防治策略已经成为国内外学者研究的重点课题之一。该文基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论,从阴阳角度出发,诠释卵巢癌形成的原因、发病机制及治疗原则。通过“阳化气,阴成形”的致病特点,分析其与卵巢癌发生、发展的关系,进而阐述“阳气温煦功能不足,而阴聚成形”为导致卵巢癌发病的契机。认为阳气虚弱,其化生、温煦的功能失常,则阴精的功能也会发生异常,而过度凝聚、收敛,两者相互作用,阳失温煦而阴敛,阴阳交错凝聚,而形成瘤体。治疗上结合温阳祛瘀的治疗总纲,根据卵巢癌发病的不同时期,提出未病先防、温补阳气,既病防变、补阳抑阴,术后防复、温阳祛瘀的治疗原则,以期为中医药治疗卵巢癌提供理论依据及研究方向。

The theory of “Yang transforming Qi, Yin constituting the body” comes from the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic.It is one of the important basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.As one of the three major gynecological malignancies, ovarian cancer has a high mortality rate, which seriously affects women’s physical and mental health.Therefore, exploring the prevention and treatment strategies of ovarian cancer has become one of the key topics studied by scholars at home and abroad.Based on the theory of “Yang transforming Qi, Yin constituting the body”,this paper interprets the causes, pathogenesis and treatment principles of ovarian cancer from the perspective of Yin and Yang.Through the pathogenic characteristics of “Yang transforming Qi, Yin constituting the body”,this paper analyzed its relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, and then expounds that “insufficient warming function of Yang and Yin gathering” can lead to ovarian cancer.It is considered that if Yangqi is deficient and its functions are abnormal, the function of Yin essence will also be abnormal, resulting in excessive condensation and convergence.The two interact each other.Yang loses warmth but Yin is restrained, and Yin and Yang are interlaced and condensed to form the tumor body.In terms of treatment, combined with the general outline of warming Yang and removing blood stasis, according to the different stages of ovarian cancer, this paper puts forward the treatment principles of preventing disease before disease, warming and tonifying Yangqi, preventing disease change, tonifying Yang and suppressing Yin, preventing recovery after operation, warming Yang and removing blood stasis, in order to provide theoretical basis and research direction for the treatment of ovarian cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
