乳宁颗粒联合中药药渣外敷法在乳腺增生病中的临床研究

Clinical Study on Runing Granules(乳宁颗粒)Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residue for Breast Hyperplasia

目的 评价乳宁颗粒联合中药药渣外敷法在乳腺增生病中的疗效。方法 126例乳腺增生病患者随机分为3组,每组42例,治疗组采用口服乳宁颗粒联合中药药渣外敷法治疗,对照组1组口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合中药药渣外敷法治疗,对照2组口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片。1个疗程20 d,每个疗程之间间隔1周,3组均治疗3个疗程,随访2个月。比较3组有效率、中医证候评分、乳房肿块大小,以及服药后的不良反应。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于其余两组,中医证候评分、乳房肿块、不良反应均小于其余组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳宁颗粒联合中药药渣外敷法在乳腺增生病治疗中疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Runing Granules(乳宁颗粒)combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine residue on breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 126 cases were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Runing Granules and external application of traditional Chinese medicine residue.The control group 1 was treated with tamoxifen and external application of traditional Chinese medicine residue and the control group 2 was treated with tamoxifen.The treatment course was 20 days,withdrawal for 1 week between each course.All were treated for three treatment courses.The clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,breast lump size and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,in treatment group,the cure rate total effective rate was higher than that of the other two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,breast lump size and adverse reactions were lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Runing Granules combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine residue are effective for breast hyperplasia and are worthy of widely clinical use.
