清感健脾汤联合利巴韦林对上呼吸道感染非急性期患儿免疫功能的调节作用研究

Study on Regulating Effect of Qinggan Jianpi Decoction(清感健脾汤)Combined with Ribavirin on Immune Function of Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Non-acute Period

目的 评价清感健脾汤联合利巴韦林对上呼吸道感染非急性期患儿免疫功能的调节作用研究。方法 以2018年10月—2021年2月来医院门诊就诊的非急性期上呼吸道感染患者98例为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同分为中西医结合组(n=51例)和对照组(n=47例),两组患儿均给与健康指导,包括饮食均衡、适当运动和合理作息等。对照组患儿口服利巴韦林颗粒,每日总剂量为10~15 mg/kg,分3次口服。中西医结合组患儿口服利巴韦林颗粒结合清感健脾汤治疗,利巴韦林颗粒服用方式同对照组清感健脾汤1天服用3次。两组分别治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分变化,比较治疗总有效率,比较两组治疗前后相关免疫指标IgA、IgG、IgM水平变化,比较两组治疗前后临床症状消失时间。结果 对照组治疗总有效率低于中西医结合组(P<0.05);中西医结合组治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前和同期对照组(P<0.05),中西医结合组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于本组治疗前和同期对照组(P<0.05),中西医结合组患儿咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间和鼻塞消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清感健脾汤结合利巴韦林可显著降低上呼吸道感染非急性期患儿的临床症状,提高免疫力,缩短治疗时间,提高整体治疗疗效,具有很好的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the regulating effect of Qinggan Jianpi Decoction(清感健脾汤)combined with ribavirin on the immune function of children with upper respiratory tract infection in non-acute stage.Methods A total of 98 patients with non-acute upper respiratory tract infection who came to the hospital from October 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(51 cases)and control group(47 cases).Both groups were given health guidance,including balanced diet,appropriate exercise and reasonable work and rest,etc.The control group was given ribavirin granules orally,with a daily total dose of 10-15 mg/kg(divided into 3 times a day).The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group on the basis of treatment in the control group,took Qinggan Jianpi Decoction orally.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment was compared,the changes of IgA,IgG and IgM levels of relevant immune indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the time of clinical symptom disappearance was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The TCM scores of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group after treatment were lower than those of the control group before and during the same period(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group after treatment were higher than those before treatment and during the same period in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,sore throat and nasal obstruction in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Jianpi Decoction combined with ribavirin can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of children with upper respiratory tract infection in non-acute stage,improve the immunity,shorten the treatment time and improve the overall therapeutic effect,and it has good clinical value.
