“双减”背景下中考改革的目标诉求与行动框架 被引量:9

摘要 中考历来是社会关注的焦点,“传统中考”对选拔性功能的过分强调,加重了学校教育的功利化倾向、放大了家长的教育焦虑和学生的考试焦虑,从而将选拔性考试的激烈竞争转化为学生的过重学业负担,无法有效引领中小学教学改革。“双减”政策进一步明晰了中考在减负提质中的关键作用,为当前中考改革目标的确立和行动框架建构指明了方向。中考改革需要在聚焦学生全面发展、引导课堂教学变革、注重学生考试公平的目标诉求上作出有效回应。其框架可以从评价理念、试题命制、考试科目和命题管理制度等维度进行搭建,在行动中坚持以素养发展的教育评价理念为向导、以提高中考试题命制质量为突破、以完善考试科目纳入方式为基础、以健全中考命题管理制度为保障。 The high school entrance examination has always been the focus of social attention.However,the“traditional examination”overemphasizes on the selective function,which aggravates the utilitarian tendency of school education,amplifies parents educational anxiety and students’examination anxiety.And thus,the“traditional examination”brings heavy academic burden for students,and cannot effectively lead the reform of teaching and learning.The“double reduction”policy clarifies the key role of high school entrance examination in reducing academic burden and improving the quality of compulsory education.It is also points out current reform aims and action framework of the examination.The examination reform should focus on students’all-round development,guide classroom teaching reform and pay attention to students’fairness.The action framework of the reform should adhere to the competency development concept as the guide,increase the proposition as the breakthrough,improve the way of examination subjects entrance as the basis,and perfect the proposition management system as the key.
