摘要
教师队伍素质的第一标准是师德师风,师德师风在教师队伍建设中居于首要位置。教师职业信念与行为、师德师风建设支持体系建设、教师职业认同三个维度可以反映职业学校师德师风。当前,我国职业学校师德师风建设整体取得了积极成效;职业学校仍需加强课程思政工作;教师学历、学校类型、教师岗位类型等变量对职业学校师德师风建设具有关键影响;极少数教师存在有违师德师风的行为;师德师风评价考核方式有待转变。欲提升职业学校师德师风建设水平,还需重视职业学校课程思政建设,及时跟踪掌握师德师风建设发展动态情况,筑牢职业学校思想文化基础,完善职业学校师德师风的制度建构,将师德师风建设融入教师专业发展全过程。
The first standard of teachers’quality is teachers’morality,which occupies the first place in the construction of teachers’team.Teachers’professional beliefs and behaviors,the construction of support system for construction of teachers’morality,and teachers’professional identity can reflect teachers’morality in vocational schools.At present,the construction of teachers’morality in vocational schools in China has achieved positive results.Vocational schools still need to strengthen the construction of incourse-based ideological and political education.The variables such as teachers’educational background,school type and teachers’job type have a key influence on the construction of teachers’morality in vocational schools.Some teachers have behaviors that violate teachers’morality.The evaluation method of teachers’morality needs to be changed.To improve the level of construction of teachers’morality in vocational schools,it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of incourse-based ideological and political education,tracking and grasp the development trends of construction of teachers’morality in time,build the ideological and cultural foundation of vocational schools,improve the system construction of teachers’morality in vocational schools,and integrate construction of teachers’morality into the whole process of teachers’professional development.
