当归四逆汤联合中药熏洗治疗DPN的临床效果

Clinical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of DPN

目的观察当归四逆汤联合中药熏洗对于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果,为临床治疗DPN提供参考方案。方法选取天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院2019年2月—2020年2月诊治的DPN患者50例作为此次研究的对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组患者给予当归四逆汤口服治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合中药熏洗外用治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分和治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候积分为(11.1±2.6)分,低于对照组的(18.1±2.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.337,P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤具有温经散寒、养血通脉的效果,中药熏蒸能够改善患者肢体血液循环,促进神经功能恢复,二者联合应用可有效改善DPN患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN),so as to provide a reference scheme for clinical treatment of DPN.Methods A total of 50 patients with DPN diagnosed and treated in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the objects of this study,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 25patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Danggui Sini Decoction orally,while the patients in the study group were treated with herbal fumigation for external use on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and the total effective rate of treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group was(11.1±2.6)points,which was lower than that of the control group with(18.1±2.7)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.337,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.0%,which was higher than that in the control group with 72.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Sini Decoction had the effect of warming meridians and dispersing cold,nourishing blood and dredging pulse.Herbal fumigation could improve the blood circulation of patients’limbs and promote the recovery of neural function.The combination of the two could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
