摘要
目的:观察健脾清化汤对甲硝唑耐药幽门螺杆菌hefABC基因表达水平的影响,探讨健脾清化汤发挥杀菌作用的机制。方法:应用Real-time PCR技术,检测健脾清化汤作用后甲硝唑耐药幽门螺杆菌hefABC基因表达量的变化。结果:与对照组相比,各不同浓度健脾清化汤组hefA、hefC基因表达量均明显下降(P<0.05),各组hefB基因表达量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:健脾清化汤能够抑杀对甲硝唑耐药的幽门螺杆菌,其机制可能与下调耐药幽门螺杆菌外排基因hefA、hefC的表达量相关。
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Tang on the expressions of metronidazole resistance Helicobacter pylori genes hefABC and explore the mechanism of the decoction developing its bactericidal action.Methods:Real-time PCR technology was used to detect the expressions of metronidazole resistance Helicobacter pylori genes hefABC after Jianpi Qinghua Tang acting on Hp.Results:Compared with the control group,the expressions of hefA and hefC genes in different concentrations of Jianpi Qinghua Tang groups were reduced obviously(P<0.05),no obvious difference has been found in the expressions of hefB genes between different groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Qinghua Tang could kill metronidazole-resistance Hp,and its mechanism might be related to down regulating the expressions of hefA and hefB.
