中医古籍中经鼻给药方剂规律探究

Law of the Prescription via Nasal Administration in Ancient Books of TCM

目的:分析中医古籍中经鼻给药方剂的应用规律。方法:通过检索中文数据库确定10部包含经鼻给药的中医古籍,从中筛选出符合排纳标准的经鼻给药方剂,使用Excel、SPSS 20.0进行数据分析。结果:经鼻给药法以治疗头面五官病见长,排序前5位的适用病证为鼻衄、头痛、疳、鼻塞、鼻息肉;在药物的选择上,以芳香通窍药为基础,结合具体病证进行加减;总体药味简洁,操作方法多样。结论:经鼻给药法用药精简,适用范围广泛,以行气通窍、通络止痛为作用特点。

Objective: To analyze the application laws of intranasal administration prescription in the ancient books of TCM. Methods: Intranasal administration prescriptions meeting the inclusion and exclusion standards were screened out from ten ancient books of TCM containing intranasal administration prescriptions determined by searching Chinese database, data analysis was performed by using Excel and SPSS 20.0. Results: Intranasal administration is good for the treatment of the disease of head, face and the five sense organs, and the top five indications are epistaxis, headache, malnutrition, nasal obstruction and rhinopolyp;in the selection of drugs, the aromatic drug for resuscitation is selected and modified by combining with the specific diseases;the flavors of the drugs are concise on the whole and the operation methods are various. Conclusion: The drugs via nasal administration are concise, widely used in clinic and featured with promoting the circulation of Qi and opening the orifices, dredging the collateral and relieving pain.
