石氏伤科手法联合中药1号方治疗颈性疼痛近期及远期疗效观察

Observation on Short-term and Long-term Clinical Effects of Shi’s Manipulation Combined with TCM Prescription No.1 in the Treatment of Cervical Pain

目的:观察石氏伤科手法联合中药1号方治疗颈性疼痛的近期及远期疗效。方法:选择64例颈椎病患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组运用石氏伤科手法配合中药1号方治疗,对照组运用石氏伤科手法治疗,手法每2周治疗1次,共2次,中药1号方服用4周。分别在治疗前,第4、8、12、26周观察两组视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)及临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率,第4周为37.5%,第8周为62.50%,第12周为71.88%,第26周为69.75%;对照组总有效率第4周为40.63%,第8周为56.25%,第12周53.13%,第26周为59.38%。两组第4、8、12、26周VAS评分较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中在第8、12周两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:石氏伤科手法联合中药1号方可减轻近期及远期颈性疼痛,远期疗效优于单纯使用石氏伤科手法组。

Objective:To observe short-term and long-term clinical effects of Shi′s manipulation and TCM prescription No.1 in the treatment of cervical pain.Methods:All 64 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Shi′s manipulation and TCM prescription No.1,and the control group by Shi′s manipulation,once every two weeks,twice in all,TCM prescription No.1,administration for four weeks,to observe VAS and clinical effects before treating,the forth,eighth,12th and 26th week respectively.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group in the fourth week was 37.5%,the eighth week 62.5%,and the 12th week 71.88%,the 26th week 69.75%;the rate of the control group in the fourth week was 40.63%,the eighth week 56.25%,and the 12th week 53.13%,the 26th week 59.38%.VAS scores of both groups in the forth,eighth,12th and 26th week were improved apparently compared with these before the treatment,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),among them,the difference was statistically significant between both groups in the eighth week and 12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shi′s manipulation and TCM prescription No.1 could relieve cervical pain in short term and long term,and long-term effects are superior to these of only Shi′s manipulation.
