By consulting the relevant research literautre in the recent years,concluding and summarizing the operation sites of treating KOA by acupotomy,the paper surveyed the relation between the operation sites and mechanism of the treatment,states the effectiveness and scientificity of the treatment from the angles of clinical observation and experimental study.
