肺癌患者应用改进型移动式输液架进行化疗输液的效果

The Effect of Improved Mobile Infusion Rack on Chemotherapy Transfusion in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的分析肺癌患者应用改进型移动式输液架进行化疗输液的效果。方法对云浮市人民医院肿瘤科2021年3—12月期间收治的82例肺癌患者进行临床对照试验研究,用随机数字表法将符合研究要求的入组患者均分为对照组和观察组,两组常规治疗方案一致,对照组应用常规输液架进行化疗输液,观察组应用改进型移动式输液架进行化疗输液,比较两组不良事件发生率、舒适率、满意度及护理人员对输液架满意度。结果观察组相关固定松落、衔接处分离发生率均低于对照组,舒适率、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对输液架灵活性、稳定性、储物功能、支撑平台满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者应用改进型移动式输液架进行化疗输液的效果较好,相关固定松落、衔接处分离发生率相对更低,且可使患者更舒适,从而提高满意度,同时护理人员对输液架多方面功能也更加满意。

Objective The effect of chemotherapy transfusion applied with improved mobile infusion rack for lung cancer patients was analyzed.Methods With the clinical controlled trial study for 82 patients with lung cancer admitted to the cardiothoracic surgery department of Yunfu People’s Hospital from March to December 2021,the enrolled patients who met the study requirements were divided into control group and observation group,by the random number table method.The conventional infusion racks were used for chemotherapy infusion in the control group,and the improved mobile infusion racks were used for chemotherapy infusion in the observation group,with the consistent conventional treatment scheme in the two groups.The statistical differences between the two groups in the incidence rate of adverse events,comfort rate,satisfaction rate and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff to the infusion rock were compared.Results The incidence of related fixation loosening and separation of joints in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the comfort rate and satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the flexibility,stability,storage function and support platform of the infusion rack than those in the control group,with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion With the better chemotherapy transfusion effect in patients with lung cancer using improved mobile infusion rack,relatively lower incidence of related fixation loosening and junction separation,and more comfortable experience for patients,the satisfaction rate could be improved,and the nursing staff were more satisfied with various functions of the infusion rack.
