掌侧万向锁定钢板治疗AO-C2/C3型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Volar Universal Locking Plate in the Treatment of AO Type C2 and C3 Distal Radius Fractures

目的探讨掌侧万向锁定钢板与外固定支架对AO-C2/C3型桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年12月福州市第二医院收治的50例AO-C2/C3型桡骨远端骨折患者临床资料,按照治疗方式分组,其中采用掌侧万向锁定钢板治疗的25例患者作为试验组,采用外固定支架治疗的25例患者作为对照组。对比两组术后3个月的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度、关节面位移、Cooney腕关节功能评分及治疗效果。结果术后3个月,试验组掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度、关节面移位的改善程度均比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月的Cooney腕关节功能评价,试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌侧万向锁定钢板治疗AO-C2/C3型桡骨远端骨折能获得满意复位,改善预后,提高治疗效果。

Objective The therapeutic effect of volar universal locking plate and external fixator on AO type C2 and C3 distal radius fracture was investigated.Methods With the retrospective analysis of clinical data of 50 patients with AO C2/C3 type distal radius fractures admitted to Fuzhou Second Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019,the 25 patients were treated with volar universal locking plate as the experience group,and 25 patients were treated with external fixator as the control group.The palmar inclination angle,ulnar deflection angle,radius height,articular surface displacement,Cooney wrist function score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups 3 months after surgery.Results At 3 months after surgery,the improvement of palmar inclination angle,ulnar deflection angle,radius height and articular surface displacement in the experience group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the evaluation of Cooney wrist function 3 months after operation,the experience group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experience group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of AO type C2 and C3 distal radius fracture with volar universal locking plate can achieve satisfactory reduction,improve the prognosis and improve the treatment effect.
