基于脉搏波传导时间的无创连续血压模拟器设计

摘要 该研究针对基于脉搏波传导时间(PTT)方法和听诊法标定的无创连续血压测量系统,设计一种用于产品性能测试的血压信号模拟器,通过建立PTT-BP逆映射函数关系,建立表征特定患者PTT特征参数的表达方程组,并给出在标定过程解析特征参数的方法,依据PTT算法,完成了一种包括心电信号-指光电容积脉搏波描记法信号(ECG-PPG)发生器的PTT无创连续血压模拟器设计,并给出了标定方法和测试流程。实验结果表明,该设计可以满足PTT无创连续血压测量系统产品性能测试的要求。 In this study,a blood pressure signal simulator for product performance testing was designed for a noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement system based on pulse wave transit time(PTT)method and auscultation calibration.The expression equations representing PTT characteristic parameters of specific patients were established by establishing PTT-BP inverse mapping function.Meanwhile,the method of analyzing characteristic parameters during calibration was given.According to PTT algorithm,the design of PTT noninvasive continuous blood pressure simulator including a ECG finger light capacitance pulse wave recording signal(ECG PPG)generator was completed,and the calibration method and test flow were given.The experimental results showed that the design could meet the requirements of PTT non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement system product performance test.
