摘要
人中性粒细胞防御素1-3(HNP1-3)是人中性粒细胞中的一种重要机体防御素,对多种微生物具有显著的杀伤和抵御能力,其被认为与人类感染性疾病的易感性密切相关,是机体防御系统的重要组成部分。此外,HNP1-3还参与机体的免疫调节,并在肿瘤细胞抑制方面发挥重要的调控作用,在抑制多种疾病的进展方面作用重大。该研究就HNP1-3在相关疾病中的研究进展进行综述。
Human neutrophil peptides 1-3(HNP1-3)is an important defensin of human neutrophils,which can significantly kill and resist a variety of microorganisms.its level is considered to be closely related to the susceptibility to human infectious diseases and is an important part of the body defense system.In addition,HNP1-3 also participates in the regulation of tumor cell inhibition and immune regulation,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases.This article reviews the research progress of HNP1-3 in related diseases.
