抗β_(2)糖蛋白1抗体检测结果差异化的研究进展

摘要 抗磷脂综合征(APS)是一种由抗磷脂结合蛋白自身抗体引发的自身免疫性疾病,临床特点为动静脉血栓形成、习惯性流产或死胎等,实验室检查可见抗磷脂抗体(aPL)阳性。抗β_(2)糖蛋白1抗体(anti-β_(2)-GP1)作为一种aPL,在APS的诊断中起着重要作用。但由于anti-β_(2)-GP1的极度异质性,导致目前国内外均未形成统一的检测标准,并且不同厂家商品化试剂盒的检测差异巨大,会影响临床医师的判断,给临床诊断带来一定的困扰。该研究就anti-β_(2)-GP1检测差异化的研究进展进行综述。
