青光眼外科治疗的研究进展

Research Progress on Surgical Treatment of Glaucoma

青光眼是全球三大眼部致盲性疾病之一,是一种终身性疾病,具有进行性和不可逆性。由于眼压是青光眼病情发展中的可控制因素,所以青光眼的治疗主要通过控制眼压来抑制病情进展,外科治疗是降低眼压的有效手段之一。近年来,青光眼外科治疗方式迅猛发展,主要包括激光和传统手术治疗。该研究对激光和传统手术治疗在青光眼治疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Glaucoma,one of the world’s three major eye blindness diseases,is a lifelong disease,with progressive and irreversible.With intraocular pressure as a controllable factor in the development of glaucoma,the treatment of glaucoma mainly suppresses the progress of the disease by controlling intraocular pressure,and surgical treatment is one of the effective means to reduce intraocular pressure.In recent years,the surgical treatment of glaucoma has developed rapidly,mainly including laser and traditional surgery.In this paper,the research progress of laser and traditional surgery in glaucoma treatment was reviewed.
