基于CiteSpace对中医药治疗子宫肌瘤的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids Based on CiteSpace

目的对近20年中医药治疗子宫肌瘤领域的文献进行可视化分析,探讨该领域研究现状、热点及研究趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库收录的2001年1月1日—2021年12月31日期间中医药治疗子宫肌瘤的期刊文献。运用COOC软件合并与去重,采用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对纳入文献的机构、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献1574篇,年发文量呈上升趋势;核心作者35位,合作较少,尚未形成稳定的核心研究团队;发文量最多的研究机构是上海中医药大学,各机构间无合作,多为独立研究;研究内容包括子宫肌瘤的中医辨证方法、治疗方法及非手术治疗效果,研究热点围绕中药治疗、中药联合使用米非司酮、术后康复等方面展开,研究趋势集中在中医护理、针刺疗法、作用机制等方面。结论中医药治疗子宫肌瘤目前已形成普遍认可的治疗方案,但子宫肌瘤发病机制尚不清楚,还需各团队机构加强交流与合作,开展更多高质量相关研究,促进中医药疗法的治疗特色与优势持续发展。

Objective To visually analyze the literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of uterine fibroids in recent 20 years and explore the research status,hot spots,and research trends in this field.Methods Research articles on the treatment of uterine fibroids with TCM from January 2001 to December 2021 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP.COOC software was used to merge and remove duplicates,and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to visually analyze the institutions,authors,and keywords included in the literature.Results A total of 1574 articles were included,and the annual number of articles published showed an upward trend.There were 35 core authors showing little cooperation,and no stable core research team was established.The research institution with the largest number of publications was Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There was no cooperation among institutions,and most of them launched independent research.The research contents included TCM syndrome differentiation methods,treatment methods,and non-surgical treatment effects of uterine fibroids.The research focused on TCM treatment,the combination of TCM and mifepristone,postoperative rehabilitation,etc.,and the research trends focused on TCM nursing,acupuncture therapy,mechanism of action,etc.Conclusion At present,a generally accepted treatment scheme has been formed in the field of TCM treatment of uterine fibroids,but the pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear.It is necessary for all teams and institutions to strengthen communication and cooperation,and carry out more high-quality related research to promote the sustainable development of this field.
