基于数据挖掘国医大师路志正治疗不寐用药规律研究

Medication Rules of TCM Master LU Zhizheng for Insomnia:Based on Data Mining

目的研究阐发国医大师路志正教授治疗不寐用药规律及学术经验。方法收集路志正教授2008年12月—2019年11月期间治疗不寐病案75例,基于FangNet平台运用PageRank算法,分析用药频次、剂量、药性、核心药物、药物协同性及药物聚类。结果路志正教授治疗不寐涉及中药211种,平均每方用药18.54味,药性以平性及甘、苦味为主,归经以脾经、胃经居多,分析形成核心药物31味、高频药对20个、药物聚类10组。结论路志正教授治疗不寐强调以辨证为原则,擅从脾胃入手,兼治四脏,用药轻灵,重调脏腑,安神为辅的学术特色及经验。

Objective To study and elucidate the medication rules and academic experience of TCM Master-Professor Lu Zhizheng in the treatment of insomnia.Methods Medical records on 75 insomnia cases who were treated by Professor Lu Zhizheng from December 2008 to November 2019 were collected.The use frequency of medicinals,dosage,medicinal properties,core meclicinals,use of medicinals in combinaiton,and medicinal clusters were analyzed with PageRankon FangNet.Results A total of 211 Chinese medicinals were screened out,with the average of 18.54 medicinals per prescription.The medicinals are mostly plain in property and sweet and bitter in flavor,with spleen and stomach tropism.A total of 31 core medicinals,20 high-frequency medicinal pairs,and 10 medicinal clusters were found out.Conclusion The study visualized the principles and medication rules of Professor Lu ZhiZheng in the treatment of insomnia,which demonstrated his academic characteristics and experience:primary treatment from the spleen and stomach and concurrent management of the other four zang-organs with mild medicinals and emphasis on the regulation of zang-fu organs supplemented by transquilizing the mind.
