运用CiteSpace探讨中医基于脑肠互动理论对功能性胃肠病的研究

Visualization of Research on Treatment of Functional Gastrointestinal Diseases with Chinese Medicine According to the Theory of Brain-Gut Interaction:Based on CiteSpace

目的应用CiteSpace软件,对中医运用脑肠互动理论在功能性胃肠病领域的研究进行可视化分析。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)2000年1月—2021年3月期间收录的所有相关中文文献为对象,应用CiteSpace 5.7.R2对文献的年度发展情况、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析并绘制相关图谱。结果研究共纳入352篇文献,涉及373位作者,发文量最多的作者是吴皓萌;研究机构157所,较早进行相关研究且发文量最多的机构是中国中医科学院西苑医院;出现频次较多且中心性≥0.2的关键词有肠易激综合征、功能性消化不良、针刺和抑郁;突现词中“调脾和胃”的突现时间最长、强度最大的是“肠道菌群”。结论目前该议题的研究方向是:(1)脑肠互动的中医学理论基础;(2)探究脑肠轴在功能性胃肠病及精神心理疾病的发病机制和中医治疗中发挥的作用;(3)针刺在神经-内分泌-免疫网络内调节胃肠动力;(4)重视肠道菌群在脑肠互动中发挥的突出作用。

Objective To visualize the research on the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases(FGIDs)with Chinese medicine according to the theory of brain-gut interaction based on CiteSpace.Methods All relevant Chinese articles were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)(January 2000-March 2021)and CiteSpace5.7.R2 was used for visualizing the annual number of papers,authors,institutions,and keywords and creating knowledge maps.Results A total of 352 eligible papers were screened out,involving 373 authors.The author who published the most articles was Wu Haomeng.Among the 157 institutions,Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences started the research earlier and published the most papers.The keywords with high occurrence frequency and centrality≥0.2 were irritable bowel syndrome,functional dyspepsia,acupuncture,and depression.Among the burst terms,“regulating the spleen and harmonizing the stomach”lasted the longest,and“intestinal flora”was of the highest intensity.Conclusion The main research directions are the theoretical basis of brain-gut interaction in Chinese medicine,the role of brain-gut axis in the pathogenesis of FGIDs and mental disease andin the treatment with Chinese medicine,the regulation of gastrointestinal motility by acupuncture via the neuro-endocrine-immune network,and the prominent role of intestinal flora in brain-gut interaction.
