摘要
本文综合分析了汉语发展性阅读障碍认知神经机制的相关研究成果,发现汉语发展性阅读障碍者表现出与正字法、语音和语义三种任务加工相关的脑区激活异常,左侧弓形束、下纵束和左侧下额枕束的白质结构异常,以及后部脑区与前额叶脑区间的功能连接异常,这种大脑活动的异常模式存在跨语言的普遍性和特异性;从背侧语音通路和腹侧视觉通路受损的行为干预,以及基于神经调控技术的干预三个方面总结了目前汉语发展性阅读障碍的干预方法;指出未来研究要探索综合的发展性阅读障碍认知神经生理模型、构建基于脑发育的全过程干预系统,最终推进脑科学研究成果应用于教育实践。
This paper reviews the cognitive neural mechanism of Chinese developmental dyslexia(DD).It is found that Chinese DD patients show abnormal activation of brain regions related to orthography,phonology and semantic tasks,abnormal white matter structures of the left arcuate fasciculus,inferior longitudinal fasciculus and left inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus,as well as abnormal functional connections between the posterior brain region and the prefrontal brain region.This abnormal pattern of brain activity is both universal and specific across languages.The present intervention methods for Chinese DD are summarized from three aspects:behavioral intervention for impaired dorsal speech and ventral visual pathways and intervention based on neuroregulatory techniques.Future research should explore comprehensive cognitive and neurophysiological models of DD,build a whole-process intervention system based on brain development,and finally promote the application of brain scientific research into educational practice.
