摘要
目的 对采自中国南海海域的中华疣海星的乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,为开发利用中华疣海星奠定基础。方法 用75%的乙醇对中华疣海星进行回流提取得浸膏,然后将浸膏均匀分散于水中,用石油醚和水饱和正丁醇依次萃取,运用正相硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和半制备高效液相等分离技术,对正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行分离,通过综合分析化合物的一维核磁、二维核磁和质谱等波谱数据,对分离到得化合物得结构进行鉴定。结果 分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为(24R, 22E)-胆甾-22-烯-3β,6α,15β,24-四醇(1)、(24R, 22E)-胆甾-22-烯-3β,6α, 8β,15β,24-五醇(2)、(25S)-胆甾-3β,6α,15β,16β,26-五醇(3)、(25S)-胆甾-3β,6α,8β,15β,16β,26-六醇(4)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从疣海星属动物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the starfish Pentaceraster chinensis from the South China Sea. Methods The 70% ethanol extraction of the starfish was isolated and purified by column chromatographies including silica gel, C18reverse-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis including NMR and ESI-MS data. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as(24R, 22E)-cholestan-22-en-3β,6α, 15β,24-tetrol(1)、(24R, 22E)-cholestan-22-en-3β,6α,8β,15β,24-pentol(2)、(25S)-cholestan-3β,6α, 15β,16β,26-pentol(3) and(25S)-cholestan-3β,6α,8β,15β,16β,26-hexol(4), respectively.Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from genus Pentaceraster for the first time.
