RigiScan在阴茎海绵体动态测压和造影诊断静脉漏型勃起功能障碍中的应用价值研究

摘要 目的 研究RigiScan在海绵体动态测压和造影(DICC)中的应用,初步探讨阴茎海绵体内压与RigiScan硬度数值的关系。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年5月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院行阴茎DICC检查的25例患者,造影时使用RigiScan阴茎硬度测量仪同步测量阴茎根部勃起硬度,压力传感器测量阴茎海绵体内压,分析两者间的相关性。结果 经统计后显示阴茎勃起硬度与海绵体内压之间存在三次方程关系,且相关性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RigiScan在阴茎DICC中可以替代压力传感器,减少对阴茎海绵体的损伤,利于DICC的操作,减少并发症的发生。 Objective To study the application of RigiScan in dynamic infusion cavernosometry and cavernosography(DICC),and to explore the relationship between penile cavernous pressure and RigiScan numerical value. Methods 25 patients who underwent dynamic pressure measurement and contrast examination of penile cavernous body in Drum Tower Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from August 2019 to May 2020 were selected.During contrast examination, RigiScan was used to synchronously measure the erectile hardness of penile root, and the pressure sensor was applied to meter the internal pressure of penile cavernous body, and the relevance between them was calculated. Results 100 cases of data statistics showed that there was a cubic equation relationship between penile erectile hardness and cavernous pressure, the correlation was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions RigiScan can replace the pressure sensor in dynamic manometry and angiography of penile cavernous body, reduce the damage to penile cavernous body, facilitate the operation of DICC and reduce the occurrence of complications.
