维生素D对多囊卵巢综合征代谢指标影响的Meta分析

Effect of vitamin D on metabolic indicators in women with polycystic ovary syndrome: a Meta-analysis

目的 系统评价维生素D对多囊卵巢综合征患者代谢指标的影响。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库中关于维生素D治疗多囊卵巢综合征的随机对照实验,采用RevMan 5.3软件对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析。结果 纳入13个研究,共691例患者。Meta分析结果显示,补充维生素D后多囊卵巢综合征患者血清中维生素D水平明显升高(P<0.05);维生素D可显著降低多囊卵巢综合征患者空腹血糖、空腹血清胰岛素、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和胰岛素抵抗指数(P<0.05),但对胰岛素敏感性监测指数和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无影响(P>0.05)。结论 维生素D可改善多囊卵巢综合征患者糖代谢和脂代谢相关指标。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitamin D supplementation on metabolic parameters in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Cochrane library, PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Date databases were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials about the vitamin supplementation for PCOS. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results 13 studies involving 691 patients met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that serum vitamin D level was significantly increased in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome after vitamin D supplementation(P<0.05). Vitamin D significantly reduced fasting blood glucose, fasting serum insulin, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels and insulin resistance index(P<0.05), but had no effect on insulin sensitivity monitoring index and high density lipoprotein cholesterol level(P>0.05). Conclusions Vitamin D supplementation exerted favorable effects among women with PCOS on glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.
