个体认知行为干预对老年情绪障碍患者的社会功能和照料者负担的影响

The influence of individual cognitive behavioral intervention on the social functioning and caregiver burden in older people with mood disorders

目的探讨个体认知行为干预对老年情绪障碍患者的社会功能和照料者负担的影响。方法选择2018年2月—2020年8月本院收治的80例老年情绪障碍患者作为研究对象,分为个体认知行为干预组(40例)和常规治疗组(38例)两组。个体认知行为干预组在12周时间内进行8次干预,于基线时期记录患者的基本情况、临床症状评分、社会功能情况及照料者负担水平,并在治疗结束、治疗后3个月和治疗后9个月两组对社会功能情况和照料者负担水平进行评估比较。结果与常规治疗组相比,在治疗结束后、随访3个月、随访9个月等随访点,个体认知行为干预组的社会功能得分显著高于常规治疗组,而照料者负担得分显著低于常规治疗组。结论个体认知行为干预可以显著改善老年情绪障碍患者的社会功能,减低照料者的负担,可以进行推广。

Objective To analyse the effect of individual cognitive behavioral intervention on social functioning and caregiver burden in elderly patients with mood disorders.Methods Eighty elderly patients with mood disorders those were admitted to our hospital during February 2018 and August 2020 were enrolled as study subjects,and they were randomly assigned to the individual cognitive behavioral intervention group(treatment group,n=40)and the conventional group(control group,n=38).The treatment group underwent eight intervention sessions over a 12-week period,basic information,clinical symptom scores,social functioning and carer burden levels patients were recorded at baseline.Social functioning and carer burden levels were re-assessed and compared between the two groups at the end of treatment,3 months post-treatment and 9 months post-treatment.Results The individual cognitive behavioral intervention group showed significantly higher social functioning scores and significantly lower caregiver burden scores than the conventional treatment group at the end-of-treatment,3-month and 9-month follow-up points.Conclusions Individual cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly improve social functioning and reduce caregiver burden in elderly patients with mood disorders,and can be considered for popularization.
