正念减压疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗对帕金森病便秘的影响

Effect of mindful decompression therapy combined with acupoint application therapy on constipation of parkinson's disease

目的探讨正念减压疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗对帕金森病便秘的影响。方法选择2020年12月—2022年5月本院收治的帕金森病患者共118例作为研究对象,按入院时间先后分为对照组(n=42例)和观察组A(n=40例)、观察组B(n=36例)共三组。对照组给予常规宣教及治疗,观察组A在对照组的基础上使用穴位贴敷治疗。观察组B在观察组A的基础上使用正念减压疗法。比较干预前后三组患者的便秘临床症状、生活质量及心理状态。结果干预8周后,观察组B患者便秘症状评分、生活质量评分(PAC-QOL)及心理状态评分(SDS、SAS)低于对照组A和观察组;观察组B患者便秘临床疗效优于对照组A和观察组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念减压疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗有助于改善帕金森病患者便秘的情况及心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy combined withacupoint application on constipation of Parkinson's disease.Methods The patients suffered with Parkinson'sdisease those were hospitalized in our hospital from December 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group(n=42 cases),observation group A(n=40 cases)and observation group B(n=36 cases)according to chronological order.The control group was given routine education and treatment,while the observation group A was treated with acupoint sticking on the basis of the control group.Observation group B used mindfulness decompression therapy on the basis of observation group A.The clinical symptoms,quality of life and psychological state of constipation in the threegroups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the constipation symptom score,quality of life score(PAC-QOL)and psychological state score(SDS,SAS)in observation group B were lower than those in control group and observation groupA.Clinical curative effect of constipation in observation group B was better than that in control group and observation groupA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness decompression therapy combined with acupoint application therapy is helpful to improve constipation and psychological state of patientsParkinson's disease,and improve their qualityof life.
