连续性协同护理在口底鳞状细胞癌患者中的应用

Application of continuous collaborative nursing in patients suffered with oral floor squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨口底鳞状细胞癌患者在接受连继性协同护理时对围手术期的临床综合护理效果,术后居家康复营养水平,化疗不良反应以及术后生存质量的应用。方法选择2018年3月—2021年7月本院收治的口底鳞状细胞癌(转移)患者82例作为研究对象,剔除所有不符合临床实验指导标准条件的患者,获取本组有效治疗病例76例,采用随机抽样模式分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各38例。对照组采用常规护理模式来进行,研究组在对照组基础上加入连续性协同护理及干预,观察分析两组患者的围手术期临床综合护理效果、术后居家康复营养水平以及化疗不良反应与术后生存质量。结果研究组的整体满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组术后出现并发症的总体发生率也低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后机体恢复居家活动及生活营养状况均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组化疗所产生的不良反应的总体发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对生存质量的总体改善表现与提高高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连续性协同护理的应用,不仅能提高综合护理效果,而且能有效的降低围手术期的并发症、改善患者术后心里状态,同时提高患者术后居家康复营养水平以及明显改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the perioperative clinical comprehensive nursing effect,postoperative home rehabilitation nutrition level,adverse reactions to chemotherapy and postoperative quality of life in patients with oral floor squamous cell carcinoma undergoing continuous collaborative nursing.Methods The 82 cases of patients suffered with oral squamous cell carcinoma(transfer),those were admitted to the hospital during March 2018 and July 2021,were enrolled as study subjects.Excluding the patients did not meet the requirements for the guidelines for clinical trials,finally 76 cases obtained the effective treatment were enrolled.They were divided into study group and control group according to random sampling mode,38 cases in each group.Control group mainly adopted the conventional care models,on the basis of the control group,continuous collaborative nursing and intervention were added in study group.The clinical comprehensive nursing effect,postoperative home rehabilitation nutrition level,adverse reactions to chemotherapy and postoperative quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of home activities and nutritional status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall improvement of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of continuous collaborative nursing could not only improve the comprehensive nursing effect,but also effectively reduce the perioperative complications,improve the postoperative psychological state of patients,and improve the postoperative home rehabilitation nutrition level of patients and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
