促性腺激素释放激素激动剂结合反向添加疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发的效果

Effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist combined with reverse addition therapy on postoperative recurrence of endometriosis

目的分析促性腺激素释放激素激动剂结合反向添加疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发的效果。方法选取90例子宫内膜异位症患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(45例,促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗)与研究组(45例,对照组+反向添加疗法),统计对比两组患者各项临床指标。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率和复发率低于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、黄体酮生成素降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者以促性腺激素释放激素激动剂联合反向添加疗法能进一步增强疗效,并改善性激素水平,提高安全性的同时减低复发风险。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist combined with reverse addition therapy in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with endometriosis were divided into the control group(n=45,treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist)and the study group(n=45,control group+reverse addition therapy)by random number table method.The clinical indicators of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in the study group were lower than the control group.Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and progesterone in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist combined with reverse addition therapy in patients with endometriosis can further improve the efficacy,improve sex hormone levels,improve safety and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
