坤泰胶囊和戊酸雌二醇片治疗卵巢早衰的效果分析

Analysis of the effects between Kuntai capsule and estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure

目的分析坤泰胶囊和戊酸雌二醇片治疗卵巢早衰的效果。方法选取82例卵巢早衰患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组以戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组以坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后血清促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、测定抗穆勒试管激素(AMH)]及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比较,研究组总有效率更高;治疗后两组患者TC、TG、血清LH、FSH水平均较治疗前降低,AMH、血清E2水平均升高,且研究组血脂和激素指标改善优于对照组;研究组不良反应较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰患者治疗中,与戊酸雌二醇片对比,坤泰胶囊治疗效果显著,在促进激素水平恢复、调节血脂、安全性方面更具有优势。

Objective To analyze the effects of Kuntai capsule and estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 82 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the study object,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the study group was treated with Kuntai capsule.The clinical efficacy,serum luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels,blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),determination of anti-muller test-tube hormone(AMH)]before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,compared with before treatment,after treatment,TC,TG,serum LH and FSH levels in both groups decreased,AMH level and serum E2level increased,and the improvement of blood lipid and hormone indexes in the study group was better than the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group during treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure,compared with estradiol valerate tablets,Kuntai capsule has significant therapeutic effect,and has more advantages in promoting the recovery of hormone levels,regulating blood lipid and safety.
