静吸复合全麻及全凭静脉麻醉在卵巢癌手术患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgery

目的探讨静吸复合全麻及全凭静脉麻醉在卵巢癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取60例卵巢癌手术患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,采用静吸复合全麻)和研究组(30例,采用全凭静脉麻醉)。两组间进行指标评价。结果术后苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间相比,对照组均长于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)在术后24 h相比,对照组均低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率相比,对照组高于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于静吸复合全麻,应用全凭静脉麻醉的卵巢癌手术患者术后机体免疫功能更好,利于促进术后恢复,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods A total of 60 ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgery were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia)and the study group(30 cases,intravenous anesthesia)according to the random number table method.Indicators were evaluated between the two groups.Results The recovery time,recovery time of spontaneous respiration and extubation time in the control group were longer than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the control group were lower than those in the study group at 24 h after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the control group than in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia,the postoperative immune function of ovarian cancer surgery patients treated with intravenous anesthesia is better,which is conducive to promoting postoperative recovery,safe and reliable.
