中医综合护理在盆腔炎护理中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in pelvic inflammatory disease nursing

目的探究盆腔炎患者采取中医综合护理的效果。方法选取76例盆腔炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(38例,常规护理)和观察组(38例,常规护理+中医综合护理),两组均护理1个月。比较两组护理前后的心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分及护理后的临床效果。结果与护理前比,两组护理后SCL-90各项评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;护理后,观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎患者应用中医综合护理可改善患者的心理健康状况,提升临床效果。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(38 cases,routine nursing+comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine)by random number table method.Both groups were nursing for 1 month.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)score before and after nursing and the clinical effect after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of SCL-90 in the two groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group.After nursing,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can improve the mental health status of patients and improve the clinical effect.
