分阶段健康干预路径对妇科肿瘤患者护理依从性及术后并发症影响的研究

Study on the effect of phased health interventions in stages on nursing compliance and postoperative complications of patients with gynecological tumors

目的探究分阶段健康干预措施对妇科肿瘤患者护理依存性及术后并发症的影响。方法选取200例行手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予分阶段健康干预。比较两组各项指标。结果观察组的护理依从率高于对照组;观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组;与干预前比,干预后两组患者的健康知识掌握度均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段健康干预措施应用于妇科肿瘤患者可有效增强其依从性,提升健康知识掌握度,最大限度规避术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of phased health intervention measures on nursing dependence and postoperative complications of patients with gynecological tumors.Methods 200 tumor patients undergoing surgical treatment were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given phased health interventions based on the control group.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Compared with before intervention,the health knowledge of both groups increased after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased health intervention measures applied to patients with gynecological tumors can effectively enhance their compliance,improve health knowledge and avoid postoperative complications to the greatest extent.
