温馨陪伴助产服务模式在产妇助产护理中的应用效果

Application effect of warm accompanying midwifery service mode in maternal midwifery nursing

目的探讨温馨陪伴助产服务模式在产妇助产护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院70例产妇作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(35例,接受常规助产服务)与观察组(35例,接受温馨陪伴助产服务模式)。比较两组产妇产程时间、产后舒适度、产后出血量、不良事件发生率。结果观察组各产程时间均短于对照组;观察组产后舒适度各项及总分均高于对照组;观察组产后2、24 h的出血量均少于对照组;观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇助产护理中实施温馨陪伴助产服务模式,可以有效缩短产妇的产程时间,减少其术后出血量,提高舒适度,还可降低不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of warm accompanying midwifery service mode in maternal midwifery nursing.Methods A total of 70 parturients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group(35 cases,receiving conventional midwifery service)and the observation group(35 cases,receiving the intervention of warm accompanying midwifery service mode)according to the random number table method.The duration of labor,postpartum comfort,postpartum hemorrhage,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The postpartum comfort levels and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of warm accompanying midwifery service mode in maternal midwifery nursing can effectively shorten the duration of labor of parturients,reduce postoperative bleeding,improve comfort,and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events.
