摘要
目的 分析PDZK1基因单核苷酸多态性分布、LDL/HDL比值和同型半胱氨酸水平的性别差异。方法 收集1740例健康体检者PDZK1基因的rs12129861和rs1967017位点基因型资料,分析PDZK1基因单核苷酸多态性分布、LDL/HDL比值和同型半胱氨酸水平的性别差异。结果 男性组和女性组PDZK1基因rs1967017的基因型分布有明显差异(P<0.05),而两组rs12129861基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性PDZK1基因rs12129861的GG基因型同型半胱氨酸水平低于AG+AA基因型,rs1967017的TT基因型同型半胱氨酸水平低于CC+CT基因型(P<0.05),而在男性中同型半胱氨酸水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无论男性和女性,PDZK1基因rs12129861的GG基因型LDL/HDL比值低于AG+AA基因型,rs1967017的TT基因型LDL/HDL比值低于CC+CT基因型(P<0.05)。结论 PDZK1基因不同基因型的LDL/HDL比值和同型半胱氨酸水平存在性别差异。
Objective To analyze the sex difference of PDZK1 single nucleotide polymorphism distribution, the ratio of low density lipoprotein to high density lipoprotein(LDL/HDL ratio) and homocysteine.Methods The genotypes of rs12129861 and rs1967017 loci of PDZK1 gene in 1740 healthy people were analyzed. The differences of homocysteine level and LDL/HDL ratio between different genders were analyzed.Results The distribution of rs1967017 genotype of PDZKl gene was statistically different between groups of male and female(P<0.05), while the distribution of rs12129861 genotype between the groups of male and female was not statistically different(P>0.05). The level of homocysteine in GG genotype of PDZK1 gene rs12129861 was lower than that with AG+AA genotype and that in TT genotype of rs1967017 was lower than that in CC+CT genotype in female group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in homocysteine level in male group(P>0.05).The LDL/HDL ratio of GG genotype of PDZK1 gene rs12129861 was lower than that of AG+AA genotype, and that in TT genotype of rs1967017 was lower than that of CC+CT genotype in both groups of male and female(P<0.05).Conclusion The LDL/HDL ratio and homocysteine level of different PDZK1 gene genotypes are different.
