益生菌辅助治疗食物过敏性鼻炎患儿的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察益生菌辅助治疗食物过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床疗效。方法食物过敏性鼻炎患儿53例分为常规组(常规治疗,28例)和益生菌组(常规治疗基础上益生菌辅助治疗,25例)。两组均治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能及CD4^(+)CD25^(+)调节性T淋巴细胞百分比。结果益生菌组总有效率高于常规组(92.00%vs.82.14%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿肺功能指标均有改善,且益生菌组的改善更为明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD4+CD25+调节性T淋巴细胞百分比均高于治疗前,且益生菌组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论益生菌辅助治疗食物过敏性鼻炎患儿可以提高治疗有效率,改善肺功能和免疫功能。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of probiotics as an adjuvant treatment of food allergic rhinitis in children.MethodsA total of 53 children with food allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups of A(treated with conventional therapy,28 cases)and B(additionally treated with probiotics as an adjuvant therapy,25 cases).The treatments of two groups lasted for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,lung function and percentage of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effectiveness rate of group B was higher than that of group A(92.00%vs.82.14%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indicators of two groups were improved,which of group B were better than those of group A(P<0.05).The percentage of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)regulatory T cells in two groups was higher after treatment than that before,which was more obvious in group B than that in group A(P<0.05).ConclusionProbiotics as an adjuvant treatment for food allergic rhinitis in the children can enhance clinical efficiency,improve lung function and immune function.
