基于CiteSpace的老年人营养状况文献计量研究与热点分析

Bibliometric Research and Hotspots Analysis of the Nutritional Status of the Elderly Based on CiteSpace

目的 剖析近5 a国内外老年营养状况相关研究文献,探讨研究热点及发展趋势,以期为相关研究提供参考依据。方法 系统检索中国知网数据库及Web of Science数据库,检索时间为2017-2021年,利用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对发文年份、作者、发文机构、研究热点进行可视化分析。结果 本研究共纳入5 162篇文献,其中中文文献3 131篇,英文文献2 031篇。近5 a国内外发文量整体呈增长趋势;国内相关发文作者之间的合作较多,但是国外以高产作者为代表的核心团队之间的合作较少。国内的研究热点问题主要为肌少症、胃癌、心功能、衰弱、营养状态、护理、营养不良及营养干预,国外的研究热点问题主要为髋部骨折、肌少症、衰弱、肥胖、抑郁、老化。结论 国内对老年营养的研究发文量较多,国内外研究存在一定差异,国内学者可持续开展多中心、多学科协作,探索适合我国的老年人营养状况研究体系,早期对老年人营养状况进行干预,改善老年人营养状况,减轻家庭和社会负担。

Objective To analyze the current status of nutrition research on elderly people in domestic and foreign literature in the past 5 years, and discuss research hotspots and development trends, in order to provide reference for related research. Methods The CNKI database and Web of Science database were systematically searched from 2017 to 2021. The CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to visualize the publication year, author, publishing institution and research hotspot. Results A total of 5 162 documents were included in this study, including 3 131 Chinese documents and 2 031 English documents. In the past 5 years, the number of domestic and foreign publications had shown an overall increasing trend. There are more cooperations among domestic authors, but less cooperations among foreign core teams represented by high-producing authors. There was little cooperation between the core teams of the company. Domestic research hotspots were mainly sarcopenia, gastric cancer, cardiac function, frailty, nutritional status, nursing, malnutrition and nutritional intervention, and foreign research hotspots were mainly hip fracture, sarcopenia, frailty, obesity, depression, aging. Conclusion There are a lot of publication on nutrition for the aged in China, and there are certain differences between domestic and foreign research. Domestic scholars should continue to carry out multi-center and multi disciplinary collaborative research to explore a suitable research system for the nutritional status of the elderly in my country, and to intervene early on the nutritional status of the elderly, to improve the nutritional status of the elderly and reduce the burden on families and society.
