纽曼系统护理模式在宫颈癌子宫全切术患者中的应用效果

Effect of Newman System Nursing Mode on Patients with Cervical Cancer After Total Hysterectomy

目的 探讨纽曼系统护理模式对宫颈癌子宫全切术患者的效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年9月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的58例行子宫全切术的宫颈癌患者,用抽签法随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上接受纽曼系统护理干预,比较两组患者术后手术相关指标、焦虑和抑郁评分、性生活质量评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组术后手术相关指标(首次排便、首次排气和住院时间)均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项性生活质量评分(性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理、性行为)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症(阴道出血、会阴疼痛、感染)发生率为3.45%,低于对照组(27.59%)(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(96.55%)高于对照组(72.41%)(P<0.05)。结论 纽曼系统护理模式应用于宫颈癌子宫全切术,利于患者加快恢复,改善负性情绪,减少并发症,提高护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of Newman system nursing mode on patients with cervical cancer after total hysterectomy.Methods From June 2020 to September 2021, 58 patients with cervical cancer who underwent total hysterectomy in Anyang Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received Newman system nursing intervention based on the routine nursing. The postoperative operation related indicators, anxiety and depression scores, sexual life quality scores, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation related indexes(first defecation, first exhaust and hospital stay) in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of sexual life quality(sexual desire, sexual arousal, orgasm, sexual psychology, sexual behavior) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications(vaginal bleeding, perineal pain, infection) in the observation group was 3.45%, which was lower than that in the control group(27.59%)(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.55%) was higher than that of the control group(72.41%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Newman system nursing mode in total hysterectomy for cervical cancer is beneficial to accelerate recovery of patients, improve negative emotions, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which has positive clinical significance.
