全程护理临床决策支持系统对缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果

Effect of Whole-Course Nursing Clinical Decision Support System on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的 探讨全程护理临床决策支持系统对缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果。方法 选取项城市中医院2019年4月至2021年4月收治的106例缺血性脑卒中患者,将其以奇偶分组法均分为观察组、对照组,各53例。对照组患者接受基础护理干预,观察组患者接受全程护理临床决策支持系统。于入院时和出院时采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、Lovett分级法、Barthel指数评定量表分别评估两组患者神经功能、运动功能、肌力恢复及日常生活能力情况。结果 入院时,两组患者NIHSS评分、FMA评分、肌力等级、Barthel指数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时两组患者NIHSS评分、FMA评分、Lovett肌力分级、Barthel指数均高于入院时,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 全程护理临床决策支持系统可有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果,提高患者神经功能、肌力功能及日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of clinical decision support system for ischemic stroke patients. Methods A total of 106 ischemic stroke patients admitted to Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group, with 53 cases each group. Patients in the control group were given basic nursing intervention, and patients in the observation group applied the whole-process nursing clinical decision support system. The neurological function, motor function, muscle strength recovery and daily living ability were assessed by the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA), Lovett classification method and Barthel index rating scale at admission and discharge in the two groups. Results At admission, there were no significant differences in NIHSS score, FMA score, muscle strength grade and Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05). The NIHSS score, FMA score, Lovett muscle strength grade and Barthel index of the two groups at discharge were higher than those at admission, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Whole-course nursing clinical decision support system can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with ischemic stroke, the neurological function, muscle strength function and daily living ability of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
