摘要
本文基于碳中和视角,结合我国经济社会的发展现状分析可知,当前商贸流通体系的现状及存在的不足有三个方面:第一,县市区等基层区域的网点已经初具规模,但中西北部经济欠发达省份的县市区内的协调性较差,流通效率有待提高;第二,多元化流通路径融合的全方位流通体系模式得到广泛发展,但内陆省份因为水路和航空运输的制约,流通路径相对单一,流通体系结构有待完善;第三,由于物流运输业基础设施的差异性和区域经济发展的差异性,在组织运作模式上存在较大差异。基于以上研究,本文提出我国商贸流通体系优化的策略选择:第一,布局多元化增长以激活商贸流通体系中网点的低碳活力;第二,推动“新兴产业+物流价值链”的融合以实现产业转型升级发展;第三,基于我国生态环境保护的视角大力打造绿色流通空间格局。
From the perspective of carbon neutrality and based on the analysis of the current development of China’s economy and society,the deficiencies of existing commerce and trade circulation systems lie in three aspects.First,the outlets in the grassroots areas including counties and urban areas have taken shape,but the coordination within counties and urban areas in the less economically developed provinces in the central and northwest is poor,and the circulation effi ciency needs to be improved.Second,the all-round circulation models with the integration of diversifi ed circulation paths have been rapidly developed,but inland provinces have single circulation paths due to the constraints of waterway and air transportation,and the structure of circulation systems needs to be improved.Third,due to the variability of logistics and transportation infrastructure and regional economic development,there is a large diff erence in the organization and operation models.Based on the research above,we propose the following choices of strategies for the optimization of China’s commerce and trade circulation systems.First,we should diversify the layout of growth to activate the low-carbon vitality of the outlets in the commerce and trade circulation systems.Second,the integration of“emerging industries plus logistics value chains”to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading should be promoted.Third,from the perspective of ecological and environmental protection in China,we will vigorously create green circulation patterns.
