元宇宙助推低碳经济发展分析

摘要 2021年我国首次将“碳达峰、碳中和”目标写入政府工作报告,这不仅是我国加快绿色低碳转型、实现绿色发展的内在要求,还是一场广泛而深刻的经济社会变革。高维度的元宇宙世界是一种虚实相融的社会新形态,是下一代人类社会最大的碳中和工程,其兴起与发展为全球碳减排提供巨大潜力,有助于改变“高碳经济”的主导地位。只有加强顶层设计、促进元宇宙运行低碳化、完善相关法律规制,才能促进元宇宙可持续发展、强力赋能碳减排,进一步推动低碳经济的高质量发展。 The goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality were fi rst written in the government report in 2021,which are not only an inherent requirement for China to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation and achieve green development but also an extensive and profound economic and social transformation.The emergence and development of the high-dimensional metaverse,as a new form of society that integrates the virtual and reality and the largest carbon neutrality project of the next generation of human society,offer great potential for global carbon reduction and help change the dominant position of the“high-carbon economy”.Only by strengthening the top-level design,promoting the decarbonization of metaverse running,and improving relevant laws and regulations can we promote the sustainable development of the metaverse,strongly empower carbon emission reduction,and further promote the high-quality development of the low-carbon economy.
