后疫情时代中巴经济走廊建设研究

Research on the Development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)in the Post-Pandemic Era

中巴经济走廊是“一带一路”的关键性先试先行项目,对推动地区经济发展、增进两国政治互信、加强民族文化包容具有重要意义。然而,新冠疫情的爆发对中巴经济走廊的建设环境产生了重大影响,项目合作面临着政治风险加深、公共安全问题突出、经济波动和管理难度加大等挑战。为此,中巴两国要继续秉持人类命运共同体理念,加强相关区域联防联控,推进多边务实合作,积极探索高质量建设中巴经济走廊和深入发展“一带一路”倡议的有效途径,携手应对各种挑战。

The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)is a key pilot project of the“Belt and Road”,which is of great signifi cance to promoting regional economic development,enhancing mutual political trust between two countries,and strengthening ethnic and cultural tolerance.However,the outbreak and recurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic have had a signifi cant impact on the development of the CPEC,and the project cooperation is facing challenges such as deepening political risks,prominent issues of public security,economic fluctuations and increased management diffi culties.In this regard,China and Pakistan should continue to uphold the concept of a community of shared future for mankind,strengthen joint prevention and control in relevant areas,promote multilateral practical cooperation,actively explore eff ective ways to build the CPEC with high quality and further develop the“Belt and Road”initiative and work together to cope with various challenges.
